Investigate (BRCA-mutant) breast tissue heterogeneity by means of 'Cytometry by Time of Flight' (CyTOF/mass-cytometry).
- Develop an antibody panel compatible with breast cells.
- Run CyTOF samples on a Helios system (Fluidigm).
- Perform CyTOF analysis using model systems ranging from cell lines, human mammary epithelial cells (HMECs) and organoids to reductive human mammary tissue.
- Analyze high-dimensional CyTOF data using software such as viSNE (within cyt), X-Shift (within VorteX), SPADE, Citrus, Scaffold, ACCENSE and others.
